Stainless steel
Stainless steelwork for aggressive environments.
We design, fabricate and install acid-resistant stainless steel structures selected to match the expected media, temperature and exposure (including molybdenum-alloyed grades where improved pitting and crevice-corrosion resistance is required). The material’s inherent “stainless” behaviour comes from a stable chromium-oxide passive layer, helping maintain corrosion resistance in demanding industrial conditions.
Scope and deliverables. Typical packages include primary and secondary stainless steelwork, equipment frames/supports, access elements and drip trays (tace ociekowe)for leakage control under pipework, pumps and process equipment. Drip trays can be fabricated with welded seams, formed falls and drain points where required, and delivered with surface finish and inspection requirements aligned to the project.
Quality and installation readiness. We provide material traceability and certification (as specified), defined inspection points and documented QA/QC. Components are fabricated to specification and prepared for efficient site installation—helping teams reduce rework, control interface risk and maintain programme timelines on demanding builds.
