We supply and install sandwich panel systems for data centre and industrial builds, working alongside General Contractors and project teams to deliver installation-ready envelope and internal separation scopes. Delivery is coordinated from early set-out and detailing through procurement, logistics and site installation—aligned to sequencing and handover requirements.

Scope typically includes wall and roof panels (mineral wool or PIR cores as specified), internal separation walls, plant-room and service-area enclosures, flashings and trims, fixings and sealants, and interface detailing at steelwork, concrete, openings and penetrations. Where required by the project fire strategy, panel build-ups and details are coordinated to achieve the specified fire performance.

BIM-led coordination is used to resolve set-outs, openings and interface conditions early, reducing clashes and rework. We provide documented QA/QC, inspection points and as-built handover information, supporting programme timelines and deadlines on fast-track environments.
