Industrial floors solutions
Industrial concrete floors engineered for high-load operations—flatness/levelness, joint layout and finishes delivered to specification for reliable daily use.
We design and deliver reinforced industrial floor slabs for logistics, manufacturing and high-duty facilities, built for forklift traffic, high-bay racking, production machinery and intensive daily use. Performance is driven by slab design, correctly specified concrete mixes, reinforcement strategy, curing and finishing—so the floor remains durable under long-term static and dynamic loading.
Flatness and levelness are treated as engineering requirements, not a “nice to have”. We plan pours and tolerance control to support safe internal transport, predictable vehicle paths and efficient warehouse operations. Expansion and construction joints are designed and executed to manage shrinkage and movement, reducing the risk of cracking, spalling and premature wear.
Finishes are selected to match the operating profile. Depending on the area and duty, scope can include dry-shake hardened floors, resin systems and specialist protective layers—chosen for abrasion resistance, impact performance and cleanability.
Delivery includes disciplined QA/QC and technical control: material checks, defined inspection points, workmanship control and documentation aligned to handover requirements. Sequencing is planned to support programme timelines and deadlines on fast-track builds without compromising quality.
Typical deliverables
- slab design input and technology selection (by duty/loads and service expectations)
- reinforcement and joint layout coordination
- tolerance control (flatness/levelness) and pour planning
- finish selection (dry-shake / resin / protective systems as specified)
- QA/QC, inspection points and handover documentation
