Fit-out works
Data Centre fit-out delivered as coordinated, installation-ready packages.
Our fit-out delivery is built for fast-track sites: clean interfaces, predictable sequencing and documented handover for operations.
Partitions, fire-rated walls and compartmentation
We design and install plasterboard partition systems with mineral wool infill to meet specified acoustic, thermal and fire performance. Where required by the fire strategy, we deliver fire-rated walls and compartmentation details, including framed openings, access panels and build-ups around penetrations. Set-outs, device zones and MEP interfaces are coordinated early so walls are delivered first time right and inspection-ready.
Surface finishing and painting
We complete preparation, jointing and finishing to the specified level, then apply painting systems matched to room type and duty. Works can be phased to protect completed areas and support programme timelines and deadlines during sequential commissioning.
Technical ceilings
We supply and install technical ceiling systems with access panels and layouts aligned to lighting, fire devices and service routes. Grids, trims and interfaces are coordinated with partitions and doorsets to maintain clearances, access zones and maintenance routes.
Typical fit-out deliverables
plasterboard partitions with mineral wool infill
- fire-rated drywall systems and compartmentation details
- framed openings, backing, supports and access provisions
- surface finishing and painting systems to specification
- technical ceilings, trims, access panels and interface detailing
- QA/QC records, inspection points, as-built updates and handover notes
Delivery approach (fast-track / live environments)
We deliver fit-out packages with RAMS, defined inspection points and an ITP-led QA/QC process, aligned to permit-to-work requirements. Scope is sequenced around access constraints and commissioning activities, with snagging/defects close-out captured in the handover pack.
Interfaces and handover
Fit-out sits between trades. We coordinate set-outs, openings and penetrations with mechanical and electrical routes, align completion points with inspection requirements, and provide documented handover information for operations teams to support maintenance and future change works.
