Reinforced concrete constructions
Reinforced concrete packages delivered as part of CSA scopes—foundations and prefabricated RC elements engineered for buildability, tolerances and safe installation
We design, supply and install reinforced concrete packages for industrial, warehouse and mission-critical projects. Scope includes both cast-in-place works and prefabricated RC elements, delivered as a standalone package under CSA or, for selected industrial projects, within a wider Design & Build / General Contractor scope.
Delivery is planned around what matters on site: load paths, embeds and anchor coordination, set-outs, tolerances, lifting points and sequencing. We coordinate interfaces with steelwork and MEP early (openings, sleeves, plinths, plant bases and routes) to reduce rework and keep installation predictable.
Typical scope includes:
- foundations, pads, plinths and RC bases for plant and equipment
- cast-in-place RC structures and prefabricated elements (walls, beams, slabs as specified)
- reinforcement detailing and coordination of embeds/anchors
- formwork, pouring and curing methodology aligned to specification
- QA/QC, inspection points and handover documentation (as-built records, certificates where required)
Quality and compliance are controlled through defined inspection points and documented QA/QC. Prefabrication is used where it improves tolerances, site safety and delivery speed—supporting programme timelines and deadlines on fast-track environments.
